By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Some flowers are seasonal and may differ from those shown in photographs. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary, ensuring the design and colour scheme remain as close as possible to the original.

Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by email.
3. Payment

Full payment is required no later than 3 days before the funeral date.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

We accept payment by debit or credit card through secure payment methods.
4. Delivery

We deliver only to funeral directors, crematoriums, or places of service within the Bristol area.

All tributes are delivered a minimum of two hours before the funeral (or the evening before early morning services).

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and service times.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before delivery will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled within 72 hours may incur costs for flowers already purchased or prepared.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot offer refunds once the tribute has been made and delivered, unless it arrives damaged or not as described.
6. Bespoke Designs
For bespoke tributes, please contact us directly by phone or email. We will confirm design details, pricing, and required notice periods before accepting the order.
7. Product Images
Images shown on our website are for illustration purposes. Each arrangement is handmade, and variations will occur depending on seasonal availability.
8. Liability
We take great care to ensure your flowers arrive on time and in excellent condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather or traffic conditions).
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
