At Bristol Funeral Flowers (part of Edith Wilmot Florist Bristol), we take pride in delivering beautiful, handcrafted funeral tributes. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our returns and refunds policy is designed with care and fairness.
1. Cancellation of Orders

Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before delivery will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled within 72 hours of delivery may incur costs for flowers already purchased or prepared.

Bespoke or special-order arrangements require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation to be eligible for a refund.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund.
3. Perishable Nature of Flowers

Because funeral flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns once they have been made or delivered.

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the flowers are delivered in a condition that does not meet the standard described at the time of order.
